Callshock is a service of Hayobi (“Hayobi,” “we,” “our”). Hayobi is the data controller for personal information collected through Callshock. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. It applies to callshock.com, our intake APIs, and the voice agents that handle inbound calls on behalf of partner contractors.

What we collect

When a caller dials a Callshock-powered number for water mitigation, mold, fire, sewage, biohazard, crime scene, or carpet and upholstery work, we capture the audio, the caller-supplied location, the loss type, and any contact details. We use Twilio for carrier telephony, CallRail for attribution, Vapi for voice orchestration, ElevenLabs for synthesis, and Supabase for record storage. Where the partner contractor uses Workiz or ServiceTitan, qualified leads are forwarded into the contractor's instance.

How we use it

The data exists to route the caller to the right restoration outcome — a warm transfer for emergency water, a direct schedule for routine cash work — and to give your CSRs a complete record inside the tools they already use. We do not sell personal information.

Recording disclosure

Every Callshock call begins with a recording disclosure. Callers who decline are routed to a human teammate without audio capture. Recordings are retained for ninety days by default and deleted on partner or caller request.

Subprocessors

Hayobi engages the following subprocessors in delivering Callshock: Twilio (telephony), Vapi (voice orchestration), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Deepgram (transcription), Supabase (data store and authentication), and Vercel (application hosting). The current list is available on request.

Retention

Call recordings are retained for ninety days by default. Transcripts and call metadata persist for the contractor's account lifetime and can be deleted on written request. Lead records persist inside the contractor's Workiz or ServiceTitan instance under their control.
