Terms of Service

Last updated: May 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of Callshock, an AI-powered call center serving restoration contractors across services including water mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke, sewage cleanup, biohazard, crime scene, and carpet and upholstery cleaning. Callshock is operated by Hayobi (“Hayobi,” “we,” “our”). By using Callshock you are entering into an agreement with Hayobi.

Use of the service

Callshock operates voice agents that answer inbound calls on your behalf, qualify the loss, and deliver leads into your dispatch system. You are responsible for ensuring your inbound numbers, CallRail tracking, Twilio carrier configuration, and dispatcher coverage are licensed and compliant in the jurisdictions you operate in.

Pilot agreements

Pilot pricing follows the published tier structure on the pricing page (After-Hours, 24/7, or Multi-Location) unless an alternative quote is recorded in your order form. Pilots run for the duration listed in your order form and convert to standard service unless cancelled in writing.

Recording consent

Callshock plays a recording disclosure at the start of every call. You agree that the disclosure is sufficient notice under applicable two-party-consent statutes for the jurisdictions you elect to deploy Callshock in. If you require an alternative disclosure, contact us before go-live.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hayobi's liability for any claim arising out of Callshock is capped at the fees paid in the trailing twelve months. We are not liable for consequential damages, missed jobs, or insurance outcomes.
